My daughter said the facial consisted of them putting a face scrub on and leaving it for 10 minutes, they both said the massage was not firm just basically a back rub. That was the only good thing about this place. I rang the bell and the front lobby lady, I think she is a manager, was really nice. I walked in no one greated us, even though there were ladies on the salon just sitting on their phones. I scheduled my daughter and niece for a teen queen for the day spa service, it should come with facial, massage, mani, pedi. I wish I could have left no star because 1 star was too much of a rating. I'm sure there's other spas in that area you all can go to. And the so-called new receptionist, I believe, was the owner. She was like, "Oh well." This place and the people who work there are unprofessional and need to take a class in customer service. I told her 2 of us don't live here, and we flew in to celebrate a birthday in which a spa day was on the itinerary. Oh yeah, there was a group of women in a room that they gave our appointment to. When one of the women in my group pulled up her email confirming, They could not say anything. We told her ma'am this was booked well in advance before you "supposedly " had started, which was a lie. After they were over there discussing the receptionist comes over and stated, I'm so sorry there's been a mix-up, and this is my 4th day here blah blah. So, the therapist came out to speak with the receptionist. The birthday wasn't pleased at how things were going, so she came back after stating again that the 4 of us were to be in the room together. At this point, I was getting ticked, so myself and the person stated, "Don't worry about us just take the birthday girl and he friend. One of the massage therapists came out and stated that we could do 2 in one room and the other 2 in another room. We arrived a little before our appointment time. The person we made the appointment stated it would be no problem. This appointment was booked a month in advance and was stated that all of (4 total) would like to be in the room together to have our massages. On Saturday, February 19th, I and 3 others came into this spa for our massages. I just need my nails done without all the attitude. I will not be returning to this location. She didn't bother to wash her hands before touching my nails to see if they were dry. While my nails are drying the female nail tech rests her foot on her chair and starts playing with her toes. Once she finished my nails she said see this is dip, then the male nail tech says something to the effect of how the nail tech that removes this set won't have to work so hard. I didn't understand why they were making such a big deal about it. At this point I'm starting to get a little irritated because I don't really care if they're sonar or dip, they need to be removed and I need a new set. The male nail tech next to her tells me you must have misunderstood. I laughed and said ok then told her that the previous nail tech used the dip powder but then painted in on with a brush. She then tells me my current set of nail aren't dip they're sonar. I heard her say something about sonar and dip. As she is removing the old set she's speaking in her native language to the male nail tech next to her. The nail tech asked if my current set of nails were sonar or dip, I told her dip. I went in yesterday to get a new set of dip nails. I apologize in advance I didn't get either nail tech's name.
